📣 Entry-Level Help Desk Associate
Location: 100% remote work
Employment Type: Part-time/ Independent Contractor to start with the potential to be full time.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Document and log all support interactions in the ticketing system.
Assist in setting up and maintaining workstations, laptops, and other equipment.
Stay updated on company systems, policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field is desired but not required
Strong knowledge of IT security principles and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot common technical problems.

📣Programmer (Python & MS Excel)
Location: this can be fully remote
Employment Type: Part-time/ Independent Contractor
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analysis
Automate data processing and reporting tasks using Python and MS Excel (VBA, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Macros)
Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources using Python and Excel
Develop APIs or scripts to integrate Excel with external databases or applications.
Optimize and automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Troubleshoot and debug Python and Excel-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal use.
Position Requirements:
Proficiency in Python Programming
Strong MS Excel skills, including advanced formulas, VBA, Power Query, and data visualization.
Experience in data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization
Familiarity with SQL and database interactions is a plus
Ability to integrate Excel with Python scripts and external APIs
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
📣Entry-Level Electrical Engineer
Location: 100% remote work
Employment Type: Part-time/ Independent Contractor to start with the potential to be full time.
Typical job tasks include:
• electrical drawing review and updates
• short circuit studies, power flows, and voltage drop studies
• review of industry standards and requirements
• review of maintenance test reports
Job Qualifications Education:
Graduate or soon to graduate from an accredited university with B.S. in any Engineering discipline
An electrical engineering degree with an emphasis on power systems preferred
A Master's degree is desired
0-5 years of work experience
Skills:
• Strong PC skills
• Strong knowledge of MS products: Excel and Word
📣Accountant
Location: Hybrid

Job Description Summary:
This is a part-time position that can become a full-time position depending on the company's needs and individual performance. We are looking for an entry-level accountant. The primary roles will be to help with the recording of financial transactions and compliance with local regulatory requirements. The tasks will include but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities:
Recording Financial transactions
Filling Tax Returns
BOI compliance
LGU compliance
Performs accounting functions including billing, collection, and expense records
Prepares Forecast and other management reports
Assists in proposal development and research gathering as requested.
Job Qualifications/Education Requirements:
Graduate of BS Accounting, Accounting Tech/Mgt and or other related fields
Certified Public Accountant (a plus)
