To produce excellent well-structured training programs, with appropriate standard instructional resources and professionals, highly-qualified and experienced instructors and assessors.
2.) To provide a vibrant, suitable training site where practical application of theories learned are properly applied and intensely assessed.
3.) To spearhead pursuit of Filipino seafarers' excellence in the maritime industry, either for shipboard or shore-based, by inculcating the core values of safety, security and environmental protection.
4.) To be trusted partner of maritime-related government agencies, ship owners, manning/crewing companies, maritime institutions and other stakeholders in the maritime sector, both local and abroad, in terms of standard quality maritime training.
