Core Responsibilities
1. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
2. Ability to plan, organize, anticipate requirements in advance
3. Meticulous at work, a fast learner and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment
4. Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, can confidently interact with all levels of the organization
6. Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the General Managerโs ability to effectively lead the company.
7. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
8. Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team
9. Performs related tasks may be assigned from time to time by management
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, or equivalent experience
- Preferred at least 1 year experience in the related field
- Strong organizational skills, quantitative and analytical skills and superior attention to detail, accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent command of spoken and written business English essential skills, reporting skills, presentation skills and strong travel logistics arrangements.
- Excellent time management skills, including managing multiple priorities with the flexibility in shifting focus and priority according to business needs.
- IT literacy; experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge in using current computer office systems
- Strong business acumen with an intellectual curiosity to explore new topics and knowledge โ comfortable with ambiguity, flexibility and a growth mindset
