Licensed Geodetic Engineer

Qualifications & Job description:

• With at least 2 years experience
• Should at least have basic knowledge of parcellary survey of government infrastructure projects.
• Has knowledge in preparation of subdivision and sketch plans of parcellary survey projects.
• Coordinate with the parcellary & as-built surveys subcontractor.
• Supervise land acquisition-related activities needed for the identification of affected lots of the project.
• Can handle Construction Site if needed
• Occasionally go to the field for checking the boundaries of lots and as-built structures affected by the project right-of-way.
• Reviewing the deliverable of the subcontractors for the parcellary & as-built surveys.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
With Overtime Pay
Free Accomodation
Location: 15-A Brgy Toclong Kawit Cavite

This year, We slowly recovered our strength to build more Buildings and make our Company family bigger.

4 On-going Resort projects in Lian Batangas
Warehouse & Commercial/Mall (Southcoast & Mt.View Carmona, Batino, Ilo-ilo, Marilao)
11-Storey Commercial/Office Building with 2 Basement in Makati (Hybrid Structure - Combination of Reinforced Concrete & Steel Structure)

Qualifications:
-Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
-Excellent oral and written communication
-Analytical and problem-solving skills
-High attention to detail
-Ability to work under indirect supervision
-Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
-Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
-4+ years of architectural experience preferably within the hiring firm’s field
-Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building -construction, building systems and site requirements
-Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required
- Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
- Experience on commercial, warehouses, mixed-use buildings and etc.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ZWCAD, PDF acrobat/Nitro, Sketch-up, Lumion, 3D Max or 3D Maya
- Experience on commercial, warehouses, mixed-use buildings and etc.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals
- Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
