Last July 23, 2026, Styline Builders proudly held the Culmination Program for our five (😎 On-the-Job Trainees from University of Southern Mindanao (USM) as they successfully completed their 240-hour On-the-Job Training (OJT).

Throughout their internship, these future Civil Engineers demonstrated dedication, eagerness to learn, and a passion for excellence. We are grateful to have been part of your journey as you gained valuable hands-on experience in engineering, design, project supervision, and the construction industry.

To our USM OJTs, thank you for your hard work, commitment, and positive contributions to our team. Your willingness to learn and grow has made your internship both meaningful and memorable.

🏗️ 𝑺𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝑽𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕 | 𝑱𝒖𝒍𝒚 13, 2026

Another productive day in the field as the Styline Builders team conducted a site visit to two ongoing projects: the 2-Storey Commercial Building and the 3-Storey BIR Building with Basement, where Styline Builders serves as the Design and Engineering Consultant.

The visit was led by Engr. Aline Alviar, together with the engineers of Styline Builders and our On-the-Job Trainees from the University of Southern Mindanao (USM). The team monitored the progress of the projects, coordinated with the site personnel, and ensured that the construction of the Bureau of Internal Revenue RDO 108 building remains consistent with the approved plans, engineering standards, and design intent.

At Styline Builders, we believe that excellent projects begin with excellent planning and engineering. Through regular site visits and close coordination, we remain committed to delivering designs that are safe, efficient, and built to last.

Starting the week with God at the center. 🙏✨

At Styline Builders, every week begins with our Weekly Devotion and Team Meeting, reminding us that the strongest foundation is built on faith, unity, and purpose.

Today's reflection was centered on John 3:16-21, where we shared meaningful insights on God's unconditional love, the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, and the importance of walking in His light through our daily lives and work.

The devotion was led by Engr. Aline Alviar and was attended by the dedicated staff of Styline Builders together with our OJT students from the University of Southern Mindanao (USM). Moments like these strengthen not only our professional relationships but also our spiritual growth as one family.

As we begin another productive week, may we continue to work with integrity, excellence, and hearts that reflect God's love in everything we do.

This project is another testament to our commitment to building homes that stand the test of time.
