Fresh from the Philippines, Day 1 in Honolulu became unforgettable as I had the privilege of attending the 4th Annual Hawaiโ€˜iโ€“Philippines Business Trade Show, Symposium, and Receptionโ€”a celebration of Filipino pride, partnership, and shared growth across the Pacific. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ๐ŸŒ

What made this event even more special was attending with my sister Grace, who flew in from Maui, while reconnecting with friends, leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries from Hawaiโ€˜i and Ilocos Norte. It was also an honor to hear inspiring messages from Governor Josh Green of Hawaiโ€˜i, Governor Cecilia Araneta Marcos of Ilocos Norte, and Consul General Arman Talbo of Honolulu.โค๏ธโœจ

Not all real estate stories are glamorous.
Sometimes, it means walking under the scorching heat of the sunโ€ฆ looking for the mohon, checking boundaries, crossing rough terrain, and making sure every inch of the property is properly verified. โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿž๏ธ

Many people only see the polished photos, successful closings, and happy turnover moments. But behind every transaction is hard work that happens on the ground, long walks, site inspections and dusty roads.

But today, despite the heat, my heart was full. โค๏ธ

What made this exhausting day beautiful was doing it together with family. Our mother bear stayed inside the car because the heat was simply too intense but she needs to be there to confirm lot location and area. And having my middle son beside me during this inspection made me even happier.

As a mother, one of the greatest joys is allowing your children to see the real story behind your work, not just the achievements, but the sacrifices, the effort, and the perseverance behind every success.

And maybe one day, he will remember this simple moment under the heat of the sunโ€ฆ and understand why his mom works this hard. ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿก
