Hiring: Interior Finish Carpenter

Key Responsibilities

-Trim & Millwork: Measure, cut, and install interior decorative elements such as baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and door/window casings.

-Cabinetry & Built-ins: Construct and install custom cabinetry, shelving units, bookcases, and other built-in furniture.

-Doors & Hardware: Hang interior doors (including pocket and barn doors), ensuring perfect alignment and smooth operation of all hinges, locks, and handles.

-Staircase Installation: Build and install functional and decorative stair railings, balusters, and newel posts.

-Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D design plans to meet specific client requirements.

-Quality Control: Inspect finished surfaces for defects, such as dents or scratches, and perform necessary repairs or refinishing.

-Collaboration: Coordinate with other trades (electricians, painters, plumbers).
