We are looking for an innovative and creative Architect to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Licensed Architect.
- Can present a portfolio of own - completed designs - residential, commercial building.
- Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD, SketchUp, and other 3D Visualization software.
- Strong creative design and time management skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good math and analytical skills.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and should have the creativity to shape innovative, unique designs.
- Able to supervise all assigned site works.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with clients to discuss the design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
- Gather the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.
- Provide clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
- Use CAD and SketchUp software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.
- Rework and modify designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.
- Provide management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications.
- Interact with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide. support.
- Ensure all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
- Ensure that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.
- Prepare and maintain records of completed inspections.
- Coordinates with Project Head for design updates and any conflicts of constructability.
- Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned.
- Conduct research and attend workshops and conferences to remain up-to-date with the latest design trends.
- Attend weekly, monthly, and other team meetings as necessary.
- Align to the company's vision, focus on our mission, and align to our company's core values.
