Job Opportunity: Quotation Specialist – Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quotation Specialist (Mechanical Engineer) with 2 to 3 years of experience in the Philippine construction setting.

In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you will be the bridge between technical design and commercial reality. You will analyze mechanical plans (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing), estimate material and labor costs, and craft winning proposals that drive our project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quantity Take-off: Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing blueprints/drawings.

- Cost Estimation & Pricing: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs, tailored to the Philippine market.

-Proposal Preparation: Draft clear, comprehensive, and competitive formal quotations and bid proposals for clients.

-Technical Review: Review tender documents, project specifications, and addenda to identify potential risks or cost-saving alternatives (value engineering).

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Procurement, Project Management, and Business Development teams to ensure alignment on project scope and budgets.
