Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
-At least one (1) year relevant experience in project billing, cost control, or quantity surveying (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions)
-Knowledgeable in preparation and evaluation of progress billings, variation orders, and final accounts
-Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and scope of works
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other billing or cost management tools
-Able to coordinate effectively with project engineers, site teams, and clients regarding billing concerns

QA/QC ENGINEER
Qualifications:
-With experience in construction QA/QC works (MPF Systems)
-Knowledgeable in site inspections, material approvals, and quality documentation
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
-Responsible for punch listing close-out and turnover
