Description: The client purchased a house and lot with the intention of building a new home, which will initially be rented out before eventually being gifted to their son. The existing house was completely demolished to make way for a brand-new two-storey residence designed in a modern contemporary style, featuring neutral tones with tasteful accent colors. 🏠😄The lot is facing the afternoon sun ☀️ so the designer covered the entire balcony to lessen the heat and glare of the sun, to which it became the highlight of the home. ✨
