DDC 2nd Town Hall Meeting

We started the day with grateful hearts through a Holy Mass celebrated by Rev. Fr. Noel Felix.

With the leading of our founder, Ma'am Fe Barino, the Team gathered to express their personal and professional hurdles brought by the current global crisis and the rising costs of living. Ma'am Fe reminded us that while the struggles are hard, we should remain faithful and resilient to withstand the challenges by the grace and guidance of God.

Moving on, our president, Ma'am Kim Raza officially announced the company’s operational strategies and work adjustments to help us cope with these challenging times. We were also privileged to hear words of wisdom and encouragements from our Board of Directors: Chairman Mr. Rafaelito Barino, and Managing Directors Joselito Mantuhac and Hilario Mantuhac Jr.

We sealed our town hall meeting with much enthusiasm and hope. As one Duros Family, we commit to move forward knowing that "Jesus Is Alive," the very reason that carries us through every season.

A Journey of Faith: Annual Lenten Pilgrimage

Today, the Duros Development Corp (DDC) family gathered at Q Park, Compostela, to observe the annual Stations of the Cross. As we welcome the Lenten season, the team came together in a spirit of devotion and unity, honoring a tradition that strengthens our bond and our faith

Walking the peaceful grounds of Q Park allowed to quiet the noise of the world and focus on the spiritual significance of this holy time, honoring the path of sacrifice and unconditional love.

A Reflection for the Lenten Season

Lent is a sacred invitation to "return to the heart." It is a season of grace that calls us to slow down and realign our values with compassion and humility. At DDC, we strive for excellence and growth, but this time of year reminds us that the most important structures we ever build are our character and our relationships with one another.

The Stations of the Cross serve as a powerful reminder that strength is often found in sacrifice and that renewal follows every trial. As we embrace this season of reflection, may we be inspired to act with more kindness, carry each other's burdens, and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and hope.

Celebrating 35 Years by Giving Back

As we close the chapter of our momentous 35th Anniversary and memorable Christmas Season, we look back at the reason of our celebration: THE CHRISTMAS TREE FOR A CAUSE.

This wasn’t just a competition about decor; it was about the values that define Duros Development Corporation. Our teams poured their creativity into themes that represent our mission:

(1) Tree of Hope - CFIC Brothers Foundation, Sto. Nino Center
(2) Tree of Healing - Cebu Provincial Hospital, Danao City
(3) Tree of Charity - Brgy. Pulpugan, Purok Uno, Consolacion Cebu
(4) Tree of Unity - Elim Ubay Mission - Para Sa 'Yo Lord
(5) Tree of Life - Barangay Cotcot Elementary School, Liloan

In the true spirit of the season, our winning teams proved that the greatest gift is sharing. 50% of their cash prizes were dedicated to their chosen charity recipients. On December 27, each group personally visited their beneficiaries to deliver these tokens and acts of love.

We welcome the New Year, as we celebrate the hands that build... and the hearts that give.
