La Casa de Ella is a modern 2-story residential home located in Lipa. With a lot area of 240 sqm and a floor area of 127 sqm, the design focuses on maximizing space utilization. The exterior combines concrete, metal, glass, and wood accents, complemented by tropical landscaping to create a serene atmosphere.

The house features a clean and minimalist aesthetic, with concrete finishes, wall cladding, and steel materials. The interior design is inspired by a soothing fawn color palette, creating a comforting and homey ambiance. Natural, clean lines and neutral tones dominate the interior, emphasizing a modern feel.

The house includes a spacious living area with high ceilings, a dining area, a kitchen with a breakfast nook, a common toilet, a master suite, a common bedroom, and an exclusive entertainment room for the family.
