🚨 We Are Hiring: Blaster Painter – Rope Access (IRATA Level 1) 🚨

📍 Location: Lipa City, Batangas
📅 Start Date: First Week of September
💼 Employment Type: Project-Based

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Blaster Painters with Rope Access IRATA Level 1 certification to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, blasting, and industrial painting works at height, utilizing rope access techniques in accordance with international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform surface preparation (manual/mechanical/abrasive blasting) and painting in difficult-to-reach areas.

Safely execute rope access activities in compliance with IRATA standards.

Inspect and maintain blasting and painting equipment.

Adhere to company safety protocols, site procedures, and client requirements.

Support team operations and assist higher-level rope access technicians as required.

Qualifications:

Valid IRATA Level 1 certification.

Experience in blasting and painting (oil & gas, power plant, or industrial projects preferred).

Physically fit and medically cleared for work at height.

Strong awareness of safety practices.

Willingness to work in challenging environments.
