HR Admin Assistant (Makati Office)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated HR and Admin Assistant to join our team at GEDI CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting the HR and administrative functions of our growing organization.
What you'll be doing
Human Resource:
- Maintain employee records (201 file). Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files (201 File).
- Onboarding and Records Management experience
- Assisting with the full employee life cycle, from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to performance management and termination.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
- Provides clerical support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Point person in case of emergency in the office and make report.
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Providing support for various HR projects and initiatives
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Administrative:
- Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
- Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, inventory, and disposal.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences.
Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
- Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations or event booking.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
- Has 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Willing to do field-work
- Can work from 8AM to 5PM (day shift)
- Can start immediately.
- Amenable to work in Ayala Ave., Makati City
