✨ Job Summary:
CVN Phils Construction Inc. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to support our HR operations and administrative requirements. The successful candidate will help manage documentation, coordinate with international employees, and assist in various HR processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with agencies and government offices for processing of documents such as visa applications, apostille, and other related paperwork.
- Process and organize applicant documents for deployment or internal records.
- Coordinate with employees in Spain regarding timesheets, reports, and other required documents.
- Assist in the preparation and signing of HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and certificates.
- Maintain and update employee records and filing systems.
- Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and other administrative functions as needed.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
📌 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred but not required).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
