LPBPascual Construction was committed to providing technology and building solutions to clients, and as the company's civil engineer your main task is to produce and materialize concrete plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares civil design plans, design, specifications, and estimates.
• Provides project cost estimates as necessary in a timely manner.
• Monitor project plans to ensure that the objectives are being satisfied and that upcoming delays are anticipated, affecting the project commitments.
• Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all Civil works at site as per approved drawings, methods, and safety policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and 3D Designs in terms of civil works.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Can do Civil Design and Cost Estimates.
• Has project management experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and admin workers to meet strict deadlines and budgets and deliver the best quality output.
