Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

Job Summary:

• Prepare Financial BID proposal as per plan / drawings & specification as indicated in the Tender BID Documents
• Comply and review Technical & Financial BID prior to submission
• Preparation of documents needed prior to contract signing such as;
1. PERT / CPM schedule

3. Bar Chart Schedule
4. Safety & Health program for approval by DPWH and DOLE
5. Manpower Schedule

• Prepare Project budget or Project implementation Plan (PIP)
• Processing RFI’s and follow up status
• Monitor Accomplishment of the project (SWA statement of work accomplished) on a monthly basis.

• Update Bar chart and S-Curve schedule based on gathered monthly SWA from project In-charge / Project Manager
• Process sub-contractors billing. Check and verify if within the main contractor’s scope of works based in contract.
• Finalization of variation orders (VO) and comply with the submittals or documents required in the processing of VO
• Processing of Time extensions and submit justifications or causes of delays such as PAGASA monthly report, right of way problems, variation orders, etc.
• Submit to purchasing department the materials, technical specifications and minimum test requirement project
• Check and summarize the materials delivered to the project if necessary to ensure if it is within the project budget.
