Requirements:
• Proven experience as administration manager
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
• Proficient in MS OFFICE & EXCEL OFFICE
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A little knowledge about accounting works.
• Good communications skills.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Checking emails and making letter to various people/company
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Monitor inventory of office supplies
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Prepares Government remittances such as SSS, PAG-IBIG (HMDF), PHILHEALTH (PHIC) via online.
• Encoding liquidations report.
• Purchasing various items for office via online shopping
• Pays monthly billings
Additional Responsibilities:
•Doing a monthly expenses report, most especially delivery expenses.
•Had a background or knowledge about logistics
