Job Summary:
Entry Level Position for CSR Amazon/EDI/PO.
Responsible for managing Amazon/EDI/Portal orders.
Responsible for sending emails to the warehouses about Amazon/EDI/Portal orders.
Doing turnarounds in different portals such as: Invoices, ASN, Acknowledgements, etc.

Job Specification:
- With 6 months to 1Yr experience in Back office Data Entry/Order Processing.
-Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Team player. Detail oriented, Accurate, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision. Above average typing skills and MS Office knowledge.
-Experience in Amazon Vendor Central and other EDI portals is a PLUS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Growth and develop the sales of AMMEX products through assigned ecommerce channels that may include Walmart, Shopify, and support on Home Depot and eBay
• Drive product merchandizing strategy, build promotional plans,
• Define, track, and report on key business metrics and customer behavior
• Explore all available options to drive sales while optimizing performance for the highest ROI and long term growth
• Develop online advertising campaigns including promotional plans for ecommerce listings, developing associate programs with partnering agencies, advertising effectiveness control
• Conduct market research and competitor reviews and arrange online listings and transactions accordingly
• Communicate ecommerce proposals to increase the company’s business, drive efficiencies, or sale operations
• Improve customer experience through site optimization, product organization, information and site management
• Demonstrates strong initiative, resourcefulness and
• Monitor channel performance and provide recommendations and utilize SEO to grow sales
• Make recommendations for changes to channel operations and listings based on market trends, opportunities, promotions and retail benchmarks
• Stay up to date with industry updates, new available features, advertising mechanisms, Google updates, and best practices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Key Competencies:

• Minimum of 1 year of ecommerce, retail, paid advertising experience
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and site optimization experience
• Knowledge of paid advertising mechanisms, website analytics tools, and standard online marketing metrics
• A resourceful, self-starter able to work independently with little training and oversight
• Strong competency in data analytics and problem solving
• Thrives in small, collaborative teams with limited resources
• Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting all deadlines
• Proven quantitative, analytical, and technical skills

Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage a team that is responsible for day-to-day operational aspects of all ecommerce channels including order handling, fulfillment, and customer service. Ecommerce channels include Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Home Depot, Shopify, and any additional channels added
• Oversee the compliance with all ecommerce operation metrics expected by each channel and share daily, weekly, and monthly status updates on team and business performance
• Oversee the back-end operation of the channels on a daily basis
• Manage and reduce chargebacks
• Manage platform integration between our POS and ecommerce site in partnership with IT
• Improve customer experience through site optimization, product organization, information and site management
• Monitor channel performance and provide recommendations and utilize SEO to grow sales
• Make recommendations for changes to channel operations and listings based on market trends, opportunities, promotions and retail benchmarks
• Use internal & external data to find growth and revenue opportunities, build business cases, design, lead and implement key market initiatives with internal teams.
• Stay up to date with industry updates, Google updates and best practices
• Other duties as assigned

Senior Graphics Designer

AMMEX, a rapidly growing global distributor of disposable gloves and personal protection equipment is looking for a Senior Designer to help scale our visual programs and marketing within the distributor, ecommerce, and retail channels. You will work with cross-functional teams, collaborate across departments, and manage internal resources needed to ensure success of these programs.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and product packaging. Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.

This position will report to the Creative Director. The candidate must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well with remote teams, as well as be self-motivated and accomplish tasks accurately and quickly in an independent manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee design projects, from conception to review and delivery
• Review designers’ work to ensure high quality and accuracy
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Apply uniform typographic techniques
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Enhance user experience in digital products
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
• Experience with leading a design team (At least 5 years of related experience)
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Proficient with Adobe design editing software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
• Attention to visual details and data accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
