Engr. Noel Guinto earned his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in 1998. He then went on to pursue post graduate studies at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila where he took up Master in Structural Engineering. He was a Senior Structural Engineer for Aromin & Sy + Associates, Inc. for which he designed numerous high-rise building projects. Some of his notable works include One Legaspi Park in Makati (45-storeys), Lancaster Hotel in Mandaluyong (42-storeys), Four Seasons Salcedo in Makati (40-storeys), The Icon Residences in Fort Bonifacio (35-storeys), West Parc Condominiums in Alabang (32-storeys), and The One Adriatico Residences in Manila (35-storeys). He was also involved in mid-rise residential projects such as The Woodridge in Tagaytay (5-storeys), Chateau Elysee in Paranaque (7-storeys), and Serendra Residences in Fort Bonifacio. He later on worked in Ove Arup & Partners, a London-based multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm, wherein he was involved in the structural evaluation of the Proctor and Gamble Plant in Tianjin, China and other structures for projects abroad. Engr. Jerome Odsinada graduated from De La Salle University in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the De La Salle Professional Schools – Graduate School of Business. Prior to establishing Gruppo Struktura, he was a structural consultant for Aromin & Sy + Associates, Inc. and has designed high-rise buildings, multi-storey commercial structures, and retail development projects. Included in his professional portfolio is the Ayala Market! Mall in Fort Bonifacio, People Support Call Center Building in Makati, and various Ayala Land projects. He is also active in the small and medium scale industry segment having designed and managed construction of residential structures in Ayala Alabang, White Plains, Greenfield Estates, Verdana, Ayala Heights, Tagaytay, and Ayala Southvale Sonera. As a Principal Structural Engineer of Gruppo Struktura, he provides direction for the firm’s technology development, evaluation of alternate structural systems for steel and reinforced concrete structures, and implementation of best practices in the firm’s design process. Also part of his responsibility is generating strategic partnerships with allied engineering consultants, developers, and architects.
