PURCHASING OFFICER
📌 Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's / College Degree Holder of any Business or Engineering Course
• Preferably with experience in procurement in Construction or related industries
• Strong negotiation and math skills are required
• Must demonstrate commitment to operational effectiveness
• Responsible for purchasing and sourcing of vendor for construction materials
HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST
📌 Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's / College Degree Holder, preferably in Psychology or Human Resource or any Business Course
• With experience in handling employee discipline, counselling and conducting investigation
• Knowledgeable in HR functions such as recruitment and evaluation, time keeping, employee's benefits, training and development and DOLE rulings
• Ability to handle confidential information and with good customer service skills
