3. Cross-Department & Local Stakeholder Coordination
โ€ข Coordinate closely with Procurement, Construction, Finance, and HSE departments to ensure logistics milestones match requirements, costs are controlled, and processes are compliant.
โ€ข Liaise with local transport companies, LGU, and customs/clearance agencies to ensure smooth shipment, unloading, and customs clearance.

4. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
โ€ข Conduct periodic logistics performance reviews and inventory assessments (including slow-moving materials), prepare analysis reports and propose improvement actions.
