May ginawa tayong Gree 2HP Window Type Inverter Aircon na reklamo ni client ay “hindi na daw lumalamig.”
Pagdating namin sa unit, napansin agad namin na hindi umaandar ang fan motor kaya doon kami nagsimula ng troubleshooting. 👨‍🔧
Unang chineck namin ang fan capacitor at doon nakita ang problema — defective na pala ito.
Sinigurado rin namin na okay pa mismo ang fan motor bago magpalit ng piyesa para iwas unnecessary gastos kay client. ✅
Pagkatapos mapalitan ang fan capacitor, umandar na ulit nang maayos ang fan motor at bumalik na rin sa dating lamig ang aircon. 🥶💨
Minsan simpleng piyesa lang ang sira pero malaking epekto sa performance ng aircon. Kaya importante ang tamang troubleshooting at tamang diagnosis. 👍

Another successful service completed! 💪
Nag perform tayo ng Pulldown Cleaning / Baklas Indoor Unit para sa LG 1.5HP Split Type Aircon ni client.
Habang ginagawa natin, napansin natin na medyo challenging ang trabaho dahil mali ang pwesto ng butas ng installation — nasa kanan ang butas kaya nasa labas ang fittings. Dahil dito, naging mas matrabaho ang pagbabaklas lalo na sa indoor unit at copper tube handling. Kinailangan din maingat na i-unat at i-handle ang tubo para maiwasan ang damage habang binabaklas. ☀️💦 Tagaktak ang pawis sa init lalo na sa bubong kung saan tayo nagtanggal ng fittings 😅
Pero kahit challenging, natapos natin ng maayos, malinis, at safe ang trabaho. ✅
Ganito dapat — hindi minamadali, maingat sa bawat internal parts at proper handling para iwas damage.

Na-check na ito dati ng ibang technician at initial findings nila ay possible outdoor board issue, pero hindi pa sila sigurado kaya hindi agad napalitan.

Pagdating namin sa site, chineck namin ang pressure at napansin namin na nasa around 160 psi pero hindi pa rin maayos ang cooling performance.
After proper diagnosis, possible na may contamination na ang refrigerant system due to: ✔️ Possible hindi na-vacuum nang maayos during installation before
✔️ Possible may moisture/non-condensable gas sa system
✔️ Result: mataas pressure pero hilaw ang lamig
Ang ginawa namin: ✅ Reprocess refrigerant system
✅ Proper vacuum procedure
✅ Recharge ng tamang refrigerant
✅ Full cleaning ng unit para mas efficient ang airflow at cooling performance

GREE Split Type Inverter service done ✅
Client concern:
❌ E6 Error – Communication Failure
❌ E5 Error – High Amp Compressor
Upon diagnosis, nakita namin na ang cause ng E6 error ay faulty communication cable kaya pinalitan namin ito para maibalik ang proper communication ng indoor at outdoor unit.
After maayos ang E6, lumabas naman ang E5 error. Upon checking, nakita namin na overcharged sa freon ang unit kaya mataas ang amp draw ng compressor.

Ang complaint ni client: bigla nalang nag E5 error (communication failure) at hindi na gumagana nang maayos ang unit.
Pagdating namin sa site, hindi kami basta hula-hula ng sira. Nag full diagnostic muna kami sa indoor at outdoor unit.
Sa checking namin, napansin namin na walang power supply ang outdoor board, kaya hindi makapag communicate nang maayos sa indoor unit.
After deeper board diagnosis, nakita namin na ang tunay na dahilan ay shorted bridge type diode sa outdoor PCB board.
✅ Tinanggal ang sirang diode
✅ Pinalitan ng bagong replacement part
✅ Testing ng board supply
✅ Full unit testing after repair

Carrier Window Type Inverter 1HP ✅❄️
Customer concern: E1 error at hindi na umaandar ang unit.
Ang sabi ni client, may nauna nang gumawa at dalawang technician na rin tumingin. Ang initial diagnosis nila ay inverter board daw ang sira kaya napalitan na rin ang board.
Pero kahit napalitan na, hindi pa rin gumana ang unit.
Pagdating natin sa actual diagnosis, chineck natin mabuti ang electrical components at wiring connections. Doon natin nakita na ang problema pala ay hindi naka-contact nang maayos yung socket ng reactor transformer sa outdoor board.
Nagkaroon ng maling diagnosis dati kaya napagastos si client sa hindi kailangan palitan.
After securing and fixing the socket connection: ✅ Unit powered on properly
✅ Nawala ang E1 error
✅ Back to normal cooling performance
Kaya importante talaga ang tamang troubleshooting bago agad mag recommend ng major parts replacement.

❌ Wala ring lumalabas na error code sa display
Mas tricky pa dito — bago kami tawagin, may dalawang technician na pala tumingin sa unit nila.
🔹 Yung unang tech sinabi na sensor daw ang sira
🔹 Yung pangalawang tech naman sinabi na outdoor board daw ang problema
Dahil walang error code na lumalabas, nahirapan silang ma-pinpoint yung actual issue.
Tinawag kami ni client para mag second opinion at mag proper diagnosis.
Pag check namin ng unit, chineck namin ang wiring connections, communication line, at overall electrical components.
✅ Na-diagnose namin na ang tunay na problema ay faulty communication wire
Pinalitan ang communication wire at after testing:
✅ Normal cooling restored
✅ Working properly na ulit
✅ Hindi na kailangan gumastos sa unnecessary board replacement
