Ongoing Project: Events Place Resort in Mendez, Tagaytay ⛲️🏔⛩🌞🌴🌳🏗

The general architecture of the development is inspired by the classical modern style, from lush greens and symmetrical planning of european maze gardens to a balance of white walls and clean lines of modern architecture that creates a sense of unique allure.

The Architects designed the general layout of the garden with the highest consideration of the clients budget. Planning a varied composition of spaces through simple concrete blocks and classical arches as grand entryways and partition of each area this makes it more cost efficient, affordable while still creating an elegant and modest design.

Accompanied with the year-round cool climate of tagaytay, This 2000+ sqm events place is a great location for numerous event such as weddings, birthdays, recreational events etc.

Soon to rise: A 2 Storey Beach House

Situated in a developed beach site in Puerto Galera, the site is close to an inland port: Balatero Port and has good access to Unesco diving sites, surfing, fishing, and hiking, as well as popular eating spots.

The house is a private beachfront vacation house that is comfortable enough for the client’s family, their extended family, and group of friends. The client also want it to serve as an Airbnb unit when not being utilized for family use.

The site directly overlooks the ocean, the rear side is nestled slightly further from Mindoro’s mountains and forestry. The challenge was to create something open and light-filled that takes advantage of this beautiful setting, yet with a modest budget in mind.

An open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room were designed in a way that natural light is embraced where desired. The ocean's breeze is allowed as a natural form of cooling in summer and ventilation.

The designer wanted to make the best use of Puerto Galera’s Beach view and to use the natural surroundings to create a laid-back atmosphere, so we designed a viewing deck overlooking horizontally that draw one’s gaze to the panoramic sea view.

Simple, refined details create a purposeful contemporary architecture that sets it apart from other beach houses in the area.

Soon to Rise: 2-Storey Minimalist Home in Silang, Cavite.

The task is to design a full living space for a medium sized family. Including a Garage, Living Area, Dining and Kitchen with 1 bedroom below for the elderly and 3 bedroom upstairs with a family area.

Designing with Minimalism in mind, we designed a house that maximizes natural light, ventilation and functionality to create a practical but beautiful modern home. This is done by having a consistent design aspect - straight lines and large windows. Design that makes great use of passive cooling, it is shown how each room is planned with a distinct purpose and no space is considered wasted in this home.

The minimalist design is low maintenance and functional for a a young dynamic family.
