Founded in February 2004 by the late Hon. Captain Manuel C. Batan and his daughter Jhoana B. Carreon, the company began as M.B Merchandising. Initially, it focused on buying and reselling recyclable materials. By 2005, they expanded into small-scale demolition projects, leveraging a small team of professionals and basic equipment. After Hon. Batan's untimely passing in 2014, Christian V. Carreon and Jhoana took over the business, renaming it C. Carreon Merchandising. Under their leadership, the company grew rapidly, earning a reputation for delivering high-quality demolition services on time and within budget. By 2019, C. Carreon Merchandising had invested in new equipment, such as excavators and trucks, enabling the company to take on larger and more complex projects. This growth culminated in May 2024 when the company transitioned from a sole proprietorship to a corporation, now known as Carreon Merchandising Corporation. Today, the company aims to be one of the premier demolition firms in the region, with plans to expand its services to other areas, relying on a highly trained team and the latest equipment to complete projects safely, efficiently, and within budget.
