Your role involves not just crafting automation solutions but also mentoring and leading junior engineers, contributing to the strategic vision of our automation initiatives:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and implement advanced RPA solutions, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in automation technology.
2. Write, optimize and deploy complex automation scripts with a keen eye for performance, ensuring seamless integration within our diverse tech landscape.
3. Spearhead the exploration of emerging technologies, advising on their integration and aligning automation efforts with organizational goals.
4. Mentor Junior Engineers, share your wealth of knowledge via Tech Sessions, and contribute to the strategic planning of our automation roadmap.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Robotics, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience).
· Extensive experience as an RPA Developer with proven track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects.
· Mastery of RPA tools such as UiPath, IBM RPA, Laiye RPA and/or Selenium coupled with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
· Creative problem - solving skills, strategic mindset, and a proven ability to mentor and lead a team.
· Exemptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and convey complex technical concepts.
