O.B. TORRECARION CONSTRUCTION (OBTC) was organized in 1999. During that year, the company has engaged on land development works in the provinces of Bulacan and Laguna. Through hard work and dedicated commitment to its clients has established credibility noteworthy to its name during the early and struggling years. In 2003, the company started with a number of private residential projects in Tagaytay City, Quezon City, Batangas City and Cebu City. Through those projects, it has developed a track record on structural, architectural and electro-mechanical works.
Embarking on its experiences and ready to face new challenges, our company became one of the reliable sub-contractors of DMCI and Datem in 2004. Several civil and architectural packages were entrusted to the company at the Bonifacio Global City. It was part of the notable projects like Burgundy Corporate Tower in Makati City and Burgundy Palace along Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City. As the opportunities came along, we became sub-contractor at Pioneer Woodlands under Empire East Land.
In 2006, the company was considered by P.A. Alvarez Realty and Development as one of its business vendors through its pilot project, The Circulo Verde. To date, it has done numerous contract packages with the firm. Likewise in 2007 up to 2009, it was engaged by EEI Corporation on its Serendra and GA Tower projects. By 2010, Sogecoa Company, a Chinese general contractor, has entrusted the services of OBTC through to its Sunshine Tower 100 in Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City and D’ University Place in Malate, Manila.
In 2011 and 2012, Eton has awarded fit-out packages on its Parkview Residences at Greenbelt, Makati City and one of the contractors Sunshine 100 City Plaza in Mandaluyong and D’ University in Malate Manila with its vision and mission, the company will continually strive for construction excellence and quality products and services. In the later date of 2013, our company was given an award as the main contractors project title Aqua Boracay in Bulabog Beach, Boracay Islands.
Presently, O.B. Torrecarion Construction is working with three projects namely Dormitory Building at J.P. Rizal Ave. Makati City, Nice Hotel Shaw Blvd. Pasig City and Dormitory Bldg. at Rosa Alvero St. Loyola Heights, Quezon City. And also we are currently engaged with Shamracks Construction in building City Mall located in Dau Mabalacat Pampanga. Our company is committed to provide construction expertise and keeping more skilled workers and valuing their worth at the company.
