Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc. is looking for experienced Audio Speech Evaluators who are near native English to support an AI speech evaluation project.

The role involves having natural, unscripted conversations with an AI bot, followed by evaluating the interaction based on tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, clarity, and overall conversational quality.

Each task takes approximately 20 minutes, and evaluators must provide accurate, objective, and constructive feedback based on the project guidelines.

💼 What you'll do:
🔹Engage in natural, conversational interactions with an AI bot across different topics and scenarios.
🔹Follow the provided task instructions while maintaining a natural conversational flow.
🔹Evaluate the AI's speech and conversational responses after completing each task.
🔹Assess aspects such as tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, clarity, pacing, and overall conversational quality.
🔹Provide clear and specific feedback based on the evaluation guidelines and defined rubrics.

✨ What we're looking for:
✅College undergraduate/graduate
✅With experience working in BPO
✅Must have US English speaking accent
✅Comfortable participating in approximately 20-minute conversational sessions
✅Prior experience in audio evaluation, speech data collection, linguistic evaluation, AI/LLM evaluation, content moderation, quality assurance, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory, unless otherwise specified

Wellness goes beyond staying healthy.

Through the first half of Thrive 31, Innodata Knowledge Services Inc.'s wellness program, we embraced healthier habits, meaningful connections, and community care while recognizing the importance of mental well-being.

Innodatans made everyday choices with "Refill, Reuse, Reward: Bring Your Own Container and Enjoy a Discount" and "XEMCO Value Meals." We also got moving with the "Step Into Wellness: Company-Wide Step Challenge."

Beyond the workplace, we brought care through renovating movable classrooms at the Don Calixto Elementary School and SKIDS Subangdaku Feeding Program. These initiatives reflect our commitment to supporting education, nourishment, and stronger communities.

At the "Conversations Beyond Work: Virtual Water-Cooler Sessions," Innodatans made time for connection and reflection. By watching "The Minimalists: Less Is Now," employees were reminded to nurture relationships, simplify where we can, and make space for mental well-being.

Turning good habits into meaningful action, Innodatans participate in the "Waste-to-Worth Challenge" and "Hydration Station Challenge: Refill, Refresh, Reward." These initiatives encouraged sustainability, proper hydration, and everyday choices that benefit both people and the planet.

During our Wellness Caravan — which featured hypertension talk, wellness booths, government helpdesks, HMO orientation, and Zumba — we put health and wellness front and center. We also promoted preventive care through our annual physical exam and free eye examination.

We capped off these initiatives by turning over books to DepEd Mandaue, extending our commitment to education and community development.

This year's World Mental Health Day reminded us of the importance of making time to listen, connect, and support one another.

On Friday, Oct. 9, Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc., in partnership with the Innodata Network for Disability Empowerment, Enablement, and Development (INDEED) ERG, held "Conversations Beyond Work," bringing colleagues together through virtual water cooler sessions that encouraged open conversations, meaningful connections, and a renewed focus on mental well-being.

Across three sessions, team members from different departments in Mandaue, Legazpi, and Manila shared experiences, played games and won prizes, and participated in simple breathing and seated exercises, creating opportunities to pause, unwind, and reconnect.

In observance of World Mental Health Day and as part of Mental Health Month, the initiative reinforced the value of safe, informal spaces where employees can express themselves, build connections, and find support beyond their day-to-day responsibilities.
