WE ARE HIRING!
NSBI is in need of Two (2) Licensed Landscape Architects.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to submit their CVs.

Responsibilities of Landscape Architect includes:
- Apply marketing skills to develop clients
- Meet with clients, builders, engineers and landscapers to explain project goals
- Prepare site plans, specifications and estimates
- Use CAD to develop graphic representation of project
- Develop vendor relationships to achieve pricing goals
- Select materials based on client desire, budget and climate parameters
- Conduct on-site inspections to assure adherence to final plan
- Research and analyze environmental reports on land conditions

Key skills needed for Landscape Architect:
Artistic flair
- An interest in the environment, life sciences and knowledge of the conditions needed for wildlife to flourish
- Creativity and imagination
- Good verbal and written communication
- Negotiation and leadership ability
- An eye for detail
- Lateral and spatial thinking
- Drawing and IT skills, including the ability to use computer-aided design
- Client management skills.

Carsido Jr. signed the Installer Licensee Agreement with Bomanite South East Asia Managing Director, Mr. Ronnie Traballo. In the ceremonial signing of agreement are Dr. Jose Enrico R. Gandionco, Chief Executive Officer of Cebu Primera Food Industries, Inc. and North Shore Bomnite Inc.'s VP for Finance Mrs. Anna Julieta Carsido and Operations Manager, Ramon Daniel Carsido.
