At a time when energy reliability and affordability are at the center of national conversation, Vivant Energy Vice President for Off-Grid Solutions Eric Omamalin and fellow industry leaders convened at the 2nd MAP Energy CEO Forum to discuss advancing gas competitiveness and accessibility to support off grid demand

This forum is a culmination of a series of roundtable discussions with energy experts engaged in shaping sustainable, responsive, and forward looking strategies that can strengthen energization across the country. Honorable DOE Secretary Sharon Garin, DOE Undersecretary Felix William Fuentebella, and National Power Corporation President Jericho Nograles also weighed in; reflecting the growing focus on identifying viable solutions for communities outside the grid.

As Cebuanos, Vivant is called not only to serve but to stand alongside those rebuilding their lives. Through its Isla Mactan Desalination Plant, Vivant Water and Vivant Foundation have provided over 100,000 liters of potable, desalinated water to families in typhoon hit areas such as: Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City, Danao, Liloan, Talisay, and Mandaue.

This effort was made possible through the support of the Cebu Provincial Government, Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers Cebu Chapter, Cebu Mandaue Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industries, and longtime Vivant partner Treasure Island Packaging Corporation (iPak).
Vivant Corporation continues to explore ways to augment recovery efforts and strengthen water access for communities in need. As Cebu rebuilds itself to its former glory, Vivant extend its hand guided by innovation and compassion to reach farther, faster.
