CIFI Construction is seeking a talented and detail-oriented layout expert to help us bring our renovation projects to life. From condo units to commercial spaces, we need someone who can turn concepts into efficient, functional, and visually appealing floor plans.

🔧 Scope of Work:
Create accurate and professional layout plans (2D/3D preferred)

Collaborate with our team for site-specific adjustments

Prepare technical drawings for permits and construction

Apply creative solutions for space maximization

✅ Ideal Candidate:

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software

PROJECT ENGINEER

Requirements for this position:
-Must have independently completed interior renovation projects of at least 200 square meters.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and office software such as Word and Excel.
-Possession of an engineering certificate.
-Ability to plan project schedules, supervise on-site quality, and manage hidden acceptance procedures.
-Must work at least six days a week.
-Capable of finding workers independently, such as electricians, masons, carpenters, painters, and tile workers.
-Knowledge of project estimation and costing is preferred.
-Candidates aged 25 to 40 with a valid driver's license are preferred.
