Sam’s Plotter© Software is a Filipino-designed lot-plotting and locating software that had been serving the banking industry for around TWO (2) decades now. Given the correct reference point - latitude and longitude pair, the software, when invoked, generates a Google Map and draws the shape of the plotted lot where it is supposed to be located on the earth's surface as technically described in the technical lot data shown in the lot title.

Sam's Plotter Software can also be used to compute the Tie Line Bearing and Distance of any point in a closed traverse given its WGS 84 latitude and longitude pair. The Geodetic Control Point from which the Tie Line Bearing and Distance are referenced, can either be in PRS 92 or WGS 84 latitude and longitude pair.

The Software also automatically computes the corresponding lat-long pair of all the corners of the closed traverse right after the locating function is invoked.

Among the satisfied users are BPI, East-West Bank, Security Bank, PBCom, China Bank Savings, PhilTrust, PDIC, Privatization Management Office, PCGG, Santos-Knight Frank, Aviso Valuation, around 50 rural banks, private appraisers, realtors, etc.
