1. Physician (5) must be a licensed preferable have knowledge of medical protocol, triage and emergency procedure. Must submit proof of experience any or all of the followings;

2. Dentist (3) must be licensed Must submit proof of experience any or all of the followings;

3. Pharmacist (1) licensed no experience required
4. Nurse (3) licensed
5. Medical technologist (3) licensed
6. Sonographer (1) must have certificate or diploma as a qualified sonographer
7. Radiologic technologist (1) licensed
8. Dental Assistant (3)
9. Phlebotomist (2) must have a diploma in medical technology or nursing graduate.
10. Medical Staff (5) must be trained with basic first aid and vital signs taking.
Must training certificate.
