Your role will include, but is not limited to:
• Identifying and generating new clients for design and construction projects (B2B & B2C)
• Managing inquiries, client meetings, and project presentations
• Preparing proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in coordination with the technical team
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, property managers, and business owners
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Coordinating with project managers and designers to ensure smooth project turnover
• Monitoring sales pipeline and achieving monthly/quarterly targets
• Exploring partnerships and business opportunities to expand company reach

• Proficient in MS Office/ Google Sheets

We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff & Logistics Coordinator to support our ongoing construction projects through efficient procurement, inventory monitoring, and administrative tasks.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Handling procurement activities, including requesting quotations and preparing purchase orders (POs).
- Monitoring tools and equipment inventory from the warehouse to project sites.
- Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Assisting in verifying and organizing financial documents such as invoices and receipts.
- Supporting general administrative tasks when needed.

Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduates of Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related programs are an advantage.
- Applicants with any college degree are welcome, provided they are willing to learn procurement, logistics, and basic cost monitoring processes.
