𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝗦𝘁𝗮. 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝗽-𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Sta. Mesa proudly secured the 2nd spot among the Top-Performing Schools in the 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘), achieving an outstanding 𝟵𝟳.𝟬𝟲% institutional passing rate.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission, 4,907 out of 6,237 examinees, or 78.68%, successfully passed the examination nationwide. The MPLE was administered on July 11–12, 2026, in testing centers across the country, including NCR, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao, among others.

PUP Sta. Mesa significantly surpassed the national passing rate, demonstrating the University’s continued excellence in licensure examination performance and its commitment to producing highly competent and industry-ready professionals.

The examination coverage for 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 includes General Mathematics (Calculus 1 and 2), Physics for Engineers, and Chemistry for Engineers. Meanwhile, 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 shall be examined on Basic Calculus, General Chemistry, and General Physics.

The examination will be conducted for three (3) hours per session, with scientific calculators allowed, and a minimum passing rate of 70%.
