Unit Preventive Maintenance

Another unit that we have been annually maintaining since 2020.

Existing wooden eaves was replaced with PVC panels. Gutters were cleaned and applied with water proofing and new stainless steel gutter were placed above the gutter to avoid downspout clogging from rotten and decayed leaves. Repainting on walls with chipped paint was also done.

Roof Replacement

Our company has been tapped by the owner to annually maintain his units.

This particular unit we have been maintaining since 2019, has been having problems with too much leaves falling on the roof. Leaves not taken out becomes rotten and decayed, clogs up downspouts and contributes to leaks.
We proposed to change the roofing to less profile, condemn the inside gutter and provide new end gutters for ease of cleaning. We will apply stainless steel mesh which will become our gutter covers.
