Last week, we shared that we've been busy behind the scenes. Here's one of the projects that has kept our team on the ground.

Stage 1 of the Travelling Hopper Recovery Project has been successfully completed.

As part of this phase, four (4) Travelling Hoppers were safely stabilized, secured, and positioned in preparation for the next stage of rehabilitation. This milestone establishes the foundation for a comprehensive engineering assessment before the major repair works begin.

With Stage 1 complete, we are now awaiting the commencement of Stage 2, which will involve the repair, rehabilitation, and replacement of the structural, mechanical, and electrical components identified during the post-recovery inspection and evaluation.

Every successful milestone reflects the dedication of our engineers, technicians, and project team, who continue to deliver safe, reliable, and quality engineering solutions.

Successfully completed the Consultative Selling Fundamentals Training held last May 05–06, 2026 at Hotel Kimberly for the Puerto Primera Incorporated Sales Engineer Training Program.

The training focused on enhancing our understanding of consultative selling, value-based communication, customer engagement strategies, and solution-oriented approaches essential in the field of sales engineering. It emphasized the importance of understanding client requirements, identifying operational challenges, and providing effective technical and commercial solutions that create long-term value and stronger professional relationships.

We are sincerely grateful to Sir Yianny T. of Clyde & Kensington Co., Ltd. for sharing his expertise, industry experience, and valuable insights throughout the training. The discussions and activities provided practical learnings that will help us further improve our communication, technical presentation, and client management skills as Sales Engineers.
