𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀: 𝗕𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗘 𝟰 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀

𝗜𝗖𝗬𝗠𝗜 | Last May 30, 2026, the fourth-year Electronics Engineering student-researchers (BSECE 4) successfully presented their innovative project developments during the 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗡 𝟰𝟬𝟱: 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘂𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘀.

The colloquium served as a formal venue for four distinct research groups to present their technical outputs, system designs, and prototype developments while evaluating their overall feasibility:

💠 Group 1: “AQUACLEAN OSR: IoT Powered Machine Enhancing Oil Spill Recovery”

💠 Group 2: “PangISDAan: An IoT-Enabled Vertical Aquaponics System with Image Processing and Renewable Energy for Sustainable Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and Lettuce (Lactuva sativa) Production”

💠 Group 3: “PRICK: IoT-Based Fabricated Machine for Automated Production of Plastic Brick”

💠 Group 4: “ECOILEK: An IoT-Based Oil Spill Collector and Water Decontamination System Powered by Solar Panel Technologies”

The presentations opened with welcoming remarks from Mr. Gazier P. Orenciano. Following each presentation, a panel evaluation was led by Engr. Loida T. Nuera and Ms. Rosalia P. Pinlac, who provided critical questions and constructive recommendations to further refine the documentation and technical quality of the studies.

The student-researchers demonstrated excellent teamwork and critical thinking throughout the event. The colloquium successfully concluded with closing remarks and the awarding of certificates led by Engr. Loida T. Nuera, celebrating the technical growth and research communication skills of our future engineer-innovators.
