Supplemental Power Advisory⚡️

Dear valued MCO,

We regret to inform our valued Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) that the scheduled installation of the power transformer in Lumbo Sub-Station, Valencia City, Bukidnon encountered unforeseen technical issues. As a result, energization did not push through upon its supposed completion yesterday.

Our technical personnel have been attending to the matter beyond the promised hour of power restoration, and as of this time, some areas remain without electricity since repair works have continued from last night.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please be assured that this situation is beyond our control, and our teams are exerting their best efforts to address and resolve the problem at the earliest possible time.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
