Classic elegance, contemporary chic.
This renovation project blends classic elements with contemporary sensibilities, creating a space that is timeless in its function and beauty.
The clients were clear in their desire to have a bright, spacious, and well-ventilated living space. In order to achieve this, light marble tiles and off-white walls are used as a base that is then accented with sleek contemporary furniture and black window frames. Nearly full-height operable windows are also employed to welcome the morning sun and, together with ceiling fans, provide residents with a breath of fresh air that extends to the adjacent dining room.
