ctural highway bridges and roadway designs. He has been responsible for the design of local Major projects such as: The North Luzon Expressway, Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3,
Filinvest-Alabang bridges to name a few. He has enhanced his knowledge and technical knowhow during the days when he was the technical consultant for the construction of the North Luzon Expressway Rehabilitation Project (contracted by Leighton Contractors, Asia). Flores’ formed his own construction company of the MNTP project. The best crew who were left to finish the world class project were handpicked and forming the construction team, definitely “the cream of the crop”.
