At GAIA, we focus on one of the fastest-growing yet often overlooked climate challenges: extreme heat in buildings.
Today's buildings are designed to absorb solar heat, then consume enormous amounts of energy trying to remove it. We believe this approach is fundamentally backward.
Instead, we start at the source of the problem.
Our ThermaTight® methodology quantifies building heat load through thermal performance and airtightness diagnostics. We then reduce solar heat gain using our CoolRoof solution powered by Super Therm®, validate the results using IPMVP-compliant Measurement & Verification, and make implementation accessible through our CRESC (CoolRoof Energy Savings Contract) model—removing the financial barriers to adoption by paying for the solution through verified energy savings.
