QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The role involves managing and controlling project costs, preparing estimates and valuations, and ensuring that all works are completed within approved budgets, to the specified standards, and in full compliance with legal and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

- Must be a Graduate of Civil Engineering
- Understanding of construction methods, materials and regulations
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Can start Immediately

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and costs estimates
- Able to prepare value engineering/cost value analysis and perform cost control.
- Perform self-checks and quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of deliverables.
- Manage assigned tasks to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
-Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the gondola
-Performing routine equipment checks to maintain the gondola's operational status
-Ensuring the equipment is well-maintained to prevent accidents and ensure smooth operations
-Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

MASON
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Calculating the amount of materials needed
-Mixing mortar or cement
-Masons also engage in setting up and taking down scaffolding and other temporary structures necessary for the completion of masonry jobs

- Experience in gondola operation and Mansonry tasks
- Knowledge in gondola operations and K-202 application techniques, tools and materials

Scaffolder
- The Scaffolder is responsible for assembling, dismantling and maintaining safe scaffolding structures used in construction projects. The role ensures that all scaffolds are erected according to safety standards and project specifications, providing a secure working platform for workers at different heights.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
- Inspect scaffolding before, during and after use to ensure stability, safety and structural integrity
-Report any hazards, damages or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately
-Work closely with the construction team to ensure scaffolding is positioned safely and efficiently
- Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and company safety policies

PROJECT IN CHARGE
Project-In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects throughout their entire cycle, from initial planning to final completion. This position ensures that projects are completed on schedule, within defined parameters, and in alignment with both company standards and client expectations. PIC collaborates with different teams, oversees activities on-site, and provides regular progress reports to the management.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles day to day monitoring of the site assigned
- Detail oriented approach to project planning and ex*****on
- Responsible for coordinating, organizing and controlling project activities under direction of the Head Engineer

Qualification
- Must be a graduate of any engineering course (C. E. is an advantage)
- Must have a 2 to 3 years' experience on Exterior Painting and Sealant Application

Date of Employment
- By End of September to 2nd week of October 2025

Project Designation
- Willing to be assigned in Makati or Pasay Project

Salary offer
