CG Architects offers the following services:
1. Building Plans- complete plans of residential and commercial buildings, Industrial, parks, institutional, all kinds of buildings.
Our company prepares Architectural Plans, Structural Plans, Electrical Plans, Plumbing Plans, Mechanical Plans by their respective professionals.
2. We prepare requirements for Building permit, Occupancy permit, and other related permits for building construction.
3. We do interior fit outs for condominium units, interior renovation, total building renovations.
4. We do full building construction from ground to finish. We provide with the manpower, and the purchasing of all materials needed in the project. Date for the completion of project and budget is fixed as defined in the contract. Upon turnover, we will just give you the key, ready for occupancy.
5. We also do construction- labor only. We provide the manpower and still hit the target date of completion.
