Qualifications

-At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

-With at least 1-2 years of experience in construction.

-With Employment Certificate related to construction,
Seminars, and Training.

-Well-versed in all the following areas; Estimates, Quantity Take-off, Cost Engineering, Cost Analysis, Contract, Packaging, and Procurement.

-With extensive experience or knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.

-Has the ability to manage time to strictly meet project deadlines.

Mechanical Engineer - A graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering / Registered Engineer and/or Professional Mechanical Engineer. Can handle, direct and supervise MEFPS Works and Must have an experience in HVAC, Fire Protection, and Sanitary Plumbing

Safety Officer -with COSH certification, and Knowledge in scaffolding er****on and must have a certificate, Must have the ability to perform CPR and should have a PRC certificate or ID.

CAD-Operator - Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent, has Knowledgeable in Manual Drafting, Autocad 2D, and 3D, Photoshop is an advantage

Skid Loader - With TESDA NCII, Employment Certificate related to construction, Seminars, and Training. MUst have at least 3-4 years experience, know how to drive and operate Bobcats and has Knowledge in excavating according to the accurate measure or depth of the excavation.

Electrician - With TESDA NCII, Employment Certificate related to construction, Seminars, and Training, can Assist in installing electrical systems, either below 40,000 watts or above.
