Presenting the Design Development for the President’s Office and Conference Room of ARC Hospitals, now rebranded as Mactan Med. The design embraces a modern executive atmosphere through warm ambient lighting, wood textures, refined finishes, and a balanced professional yet welcoming environment. Every detail was carefully planned to reflect sophistication, comfort, and functionality suitable for a healthcare institution’s leadership space.

The restroom design complements the executive office with a clean and contemporary aesthetic, integrating premium materials, soft lighting, and minimalist detailing to create a relaxing and elegant experience.

A bachelor’s home in the heart of Cebu City—this 1-bedroom condominium embodies a design that is simple, functional, and purposeful.

The architecture reflects clean modern lines, muted tones, and well-planned spaces. Every square meter is maximized: the kitchen is efficient with a blend of concealed storage and open shelving, the bedroom maintains a calm atmosphere with built-in cabinetry and subtle lighting, while the living area opens to natural light that balances comfort and style.

The design avoids unnecessary ornamentation—straightforward yet refined, with emphasis on practicality and ease of use. Materials were carefully chosen for durability and elegance, combining dark stone finishes, light wood textures, and neutral palettes to achieve balance and continuity across spaces.
This home is a statement of modern urban living—no excess, just the essentials, elevated by thoughtful architecture.

Every dream starts with a single step, and today, we officially break ground on another meaningful journey.

We would like to give thanks first and foremost to the Ultimate Architect above for His continuous guidance and blessings throughout this project.

Congratulations to Mam Jennifer Potot and Sir Edwin Potot on this remarkable milestone. We still remember when they first approached us, humbly sharing their vision for their future home. We told them then, and we will say it again today, that the fruits of hard work should never be something to be shy about. They should be celebrated.

This home represents years of sacrifice, dedication, perseverance, and success, and we are truly honored to help bring that vision to life.

We also extend our gratitude to the entire Oneconstruct team for their dedication and commitment in guiding our clients throughout the whole process and helping make this project possible.

Happy Birthday, Vicklyn! 🎉 Of course, dili pud mawala imong iconic personality traits 🤣 — the girl nga “permi early” pero murag ang oras mismo maoy ma-late para niya 😂, ang “permi mag-uniform” kuno pero murag limited edition collectible item ang uniform kay panagsa ra makita 🤣, and syempre the one and only Mother Rapper ng OneCon with the legendary alias “Madi V.K. Lyn” 🎤🔥 kay everytime mo-explain ka, murag freestyle rap battle ang peg sa ka paspas sa imong yawyaw nga ikaw nalang mismo kasabot usahay 😭🤣 Murag kinahanglan na mi subtitles ug playback speed control kada briefing nimo 😂

And of course, dili gyud makalimtan ang tag-iya sa “Bingka Trading Corporation” 🍞✨ palit ug bingka sa ilaha then i-baligya diri sa office pang snacks 😭🤣 Certified business minded gyud kaayo. Murag dili complete ang office life kung walay bingka operations gikan kang Madam CEO Vicklyn 😂 Honestly, your energy alone can make people laugh and feel comfortable around you. Ikaw tong klase sa tawo nga bisan wala kay gibuhat, kataw-anan gihapon in a good way 🤣

But beyond all the jokes and laughter, today we also celebrate one of the strongest women we know. You somehow survive every challenge life throws your way like it’s just another side quest with unlimited lives 😂 Yet despite everything, you still manage to keep that smile on your face no matter what. That kind of strength is inspiring. Happy Birthday, Coleen Teves!

If there’s one thing we all know, it’s this. A normal workday becomes a little more interesting the moment you walk in, especially kung magdala na pud ka sa imong tibuok heramenta sa balay 😆 Murag nadala na nimo tanan butang sa balay diri sa office. Ulo nalang ang makita sa kadaghan sa bag nga imong dala, ready for anything gyud 😂

Somewhere between opening laptops and checking tasks, naa na dayon mahitabo nga magic. Before anyone even finishes loading their files, ikaw human na. You finish tasks faster than WiFi loads, like it’s just another ordinary day for you. And when things get complicated, especially sa Revit, we all know kinsa ang tawgon. The one and only Revit Queen, kay ikaw ra gyud ang natatanging kabalo mo gamit ug Revit sa office. If naay ipa revise ang client sa plans, easy ra kaayo nimo, mura rag wala.

And it doesn’t stop there. You have a wide knowledge in design that shows in everything you do. From concepts to details, kabalo ka mu connect sa tanan. You understand why things work, not just how. And what makes it even better is how you share it. You guide junior apprentices effectively, very patient and clear, making sure they don’t just follow instructions but actually learn from you.

Then when it’s time to explain ideas, you switch into your eloquent speaker mode. Smooth, clear, and confident. Dako kaayo ni ug impact sa team, mas confident sila during presentations when you’re around.

Then comes the moment nga mag decide na ug colors. Everyone else might hesitate, but not you. Because you are the certified Paint Swatch Master. Color never stands a chance when you’re around, kabalo kaayo ka mo pili ug sakto nga combination.

But of course, dili lang work imong specialty. Somewhere in between all that productivity, naa pud ang real Coleen moments. Our very own Kimchi Queen, loyal kaayo sa imong cravings and proud of it.

When it comes to food, ikaw gyud ang main character 😆 From being our certified Kimchi Queen to watching crime documentaries while eating like it’s the perfect combo of suspense and appetite. And the biggest mystery of all, you eat like there is no tomorrow, yet somehow stay effortlessly fit. Murag naa kay secret formula nga wala gyud namo nahibal an 😭

And separately, we have to acknowledge your official office title, “Sophia the First.” Ikaw gyud pirmi ang first mo clock out, on the dot, no delays, no extensions 😆 Consistent, disciplined, and committed kaayo sa work life balance.

You bring so much life and energy into the team. You make work faster, more efficient, and always moving forward. From your skills to your quirks, everything about you adds something special sa office.

Adaptive Re-Use Project

3 Storey Residential to Boarding House
On-going Construction

Transforming an existing structure requires precision, discipline, and a clear understanding of both old and new systems.

This 3-storey residential house is currently being converted into a boarding house, with construction already in progress. The project focuses on maximizing the usable space while ensuring that all structural, electrical, and plumbing works are properly integrated into the existing framework.

On site, works include wall modifications, installation of new CHB partitions, and preparation for additional rooms and bedspaces. Careful ex*****on is required to align new layouts with existing structural elements, ensuring stability while achieving the desired configuration.

Plumbing lines are being routed and adjusted to accommodate increased demand, while electrical works are being upgraded to support multiple occupants. Proper coordination is critical at this stage to avoid conflicts and ensure efficiency during finishing works.

The team is also working on structural reinforcements where necessary, making sure that all modifications comply with safety standards and long-term durability requirements.

Adaptive re-use is not just about building new spaces. It is about working within constraints, solving real site conditions, and executing with precision.

From an old residential structure to a fully functional boarding house, the transformation is now taking shape on site.
