𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗢𝗣𝗖 is a growing engineering consultancy specializing in Building Services Engineering Design. We collaborate closely with our Australian partners to deliver innovative, accurate, and high-quality solutions across diverse residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
🔵 Develop detailed BIM models for Electrical and Hydraulic services in Revit.
🔵 Produce coordinated 3D models and construction documentation aligned with project requirements.
🔵 Model cable containment, lighting, power, switchboards, earthing systems, and auxiliary systems.
🔵 Model hydraulic systems including water supply, sanitary drainage, stormwater, and associated services.
🔵 Ensure clash-free models through coordination with other disciplines (Mechanical, Structural, Architectural).
🔵 Interpret engineering markups and translate them into accurate BIM documentation.
🔵 Maintain BIM standards, templates, and families in compliance with project and company standards.
🔵 Participate in coordination meetings and implement revisions efficiently.
🔵 Ensure all deliverables meet Australian Standards and project timelines.
𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
🟠 Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in BIM modelling for Electrical and Hydraulic building services.
🟠 Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP environment).
🟠 Proven experience in Electrical services modelling is required; Hydraulic modelling as a secondary competency.
🟠 Strong understanding of building services coordination and documentation standards.
🟠 Experience working on Australian or international projects is highly preferred.
🟠 High attention to detail and strong technical comprehension.
🟠 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
🟠 Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
🟠 Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
