Presented in this "sample rendering", This project is defined by three main buildings strategically placed across the spacious site: a proposed two-story residence, a mixed-use garage, and a gazebo adjacent to a swimming pool. The design is inspired by traditional Mediterranean architecture, with a color scheme centered on earth tones, particularly featuring deco stone which imparts a strong and sturdy look while also capturing the warm ambiance of a seaside Mediterranean home. Well-defined arches accentuate the generous main entrance door, and the walls are finished with structured moldings and stucco. The spacious outdoor area is ideal for social events and family gatherings. Completing the site is a twin-pod swimming pool, designed to echo the refreshing feel of a Mediterranean seaside retreat.
