โข Familiar in any areas of Accounting (Accounts Payable, Treasury, General Accounts)
โข Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Excel.
โข Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
โข Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
2. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
โข Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. License will be an advantage
โข Proficient in Planswift
โข Knowledge of drafting Standard and adapt to company drafting structure and style.
โข Proficient in CAD drafting and Design (2D and 3D)
โข Ability to utilize AutoDesk Civil 3D for design lay out, conceptual grading, earthwork and storm/utility lay out with direct from design heads
โข Experience with Project such as Residential, Civil works, land Development, Water and sanitary.
3. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐/๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ( Porac, Pampanga)
โข Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
โข Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant
โข Proficiency in accounting software
โข Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
โข High level of accuracy and attention to detail
โข CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
4. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (Calamba, Laguna)
โข Graduate of BS Agricultural Engineering/Horticulturist or any agricultural related course
โข Licensed Agricultural Engineer is an advantage
5. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (Porac, Pampanga)
โข Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques
โข Previous experience in landscape maintenance or construction preferred
โข Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
6. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐/๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (Porac, Pampanga)
โข Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Geodetic Engineering. License will be an advantage
โข Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Coordinate
โข With 1-2 yrs experience as Surveyor
โข Willing to start immediately
7. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (Bulacan/Pampanga)
โข At least High School Level
โข Proven experience operating bulldozers
โข Knowledge of safe operating practices and procedures
โข Basic mechanical knowledge for daily equipment checks
8. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (Bulacan/Pampanga)
โข At least High School Level
โข With NCII in Wheel Loader, Backhoe Loader and professional Driver's License
โข At least 1 year of experience in Backhoe Operation
9. ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ (Vertis North, Quezon City)
โข Proven experience operating water trucks or similar heavy equipment in a construction setting.
โข Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal driving regulations pertinent to construction sites.
โข Ability to perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on the water truck as needed
